WELCOME!!!

Welcome to all the new residents of Triangle (TRI) and Podiatry (POD). And WELCOME BACK to all of those returning to the TRIPOD for another year. We're lucky to have you and we want to do everything we can (within reason and the law) to make your stay with us enjoyable.

We have uploaded the following three documents for your convenience:

• 2010-11 Welcome Packets for Podiatry and Triangle, 
• Instruction sheet for the Maintenance Online System and Getting Internet Access,
• Graduate Community Living Standards

A few things to be aware of whether you are new or not to Grad Housing starting 8/1/10:

• Office Hours are M-F: 8AM-7PM, Sat-Sun: 10AM-2PM (except during University Holidays)
• There is a $10 charge for lock-outs, but your first two of the year are free
• POD ON CALL: 215-518-7673, 7PM-8AM M-Thur, 7PM Fri-8AM Mon
• TRI ON CALL: 215-910-2194, 7PM-8AM M-Thur, 7PM Fri-8AM Mon
• TRIANGLE - we are working on getting a new grill for the complex within the next few weeks.
• PODIATRY - there's a new elevator code. If you don't have it, check your Welcome Packet or ask at the Security Desk or Housing Desk. The code can only be given to students that live in the Podiatry complex.
