July 4th weekend celebration

Highlights include a free concert with Peter Nero and the Philly Pops on Friday at Independence Hall, a block party in Chinatown between 9th-11th on Race st Saturday afternoon, fireworks on both sides of the river at Penn's Landing on Saturday evening, and the big concert and fireworks at the Art Museum on Sunday.
