All,
In yet another attempt to solve the cable dilemma plaguing the building, a Comcast has sent a Tech out for today and tomorrow. Today he's taking care of all of the students who signed up on the list that was posted on Tuesday/Wednesday evenings. On Friday he and I will be going into rooms that have reported issues to continue fixing the cable.
If you didn't sign up on the sign-up lists and/or have not called the local Comcast Customer Service number (215-992-2712) to report that you're cable is not working, please let me know and we'll try and take care of the problem tomorrow. Also, PLEASE call that number and report your problem.
Finally - apparently one step in solving this problem is to connect the mini cable you received with your cable boxes (the really, really small one that's less than 6 inches) to the two RF ports on the back of the box. That's one little detail Comcast never mentioned.
Cheers,
RD Will
RD,
ReplyDeleteHow many are affected with the problem in your building? Can you provide more details such as address and how long have the residents been experiencing the problem(s)?
Thanks in advance. Sorry for the trouble.
